Eligibility
- IT Officer: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science / IT or MCA / M.Sc. (Computer Science)
- Agricultural Field Officer: B.Sc. Agriculture or Allied Sciences
- Rajbhasha Adhikari: Post Graduate degree in Hindi with English as a subject in degree, or Post Graduate in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects
- Law Officer: Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) with minimum 2 years of Advocate experience
- HR/Personnel Officer: Graduate with MBA (HR) or equivalent
- Marketing Officer: Graduate with MBA (Marketing) or equivalent
- Age limit: 20 to 30 years for all posts with category relaxation

- Professional Knowledge — specialist subject (Mains)
- General Awareness with Banking Focus (Mains)
Exam Pattern
- Prelims: Reasoning (50 questions), English (25 questions), Quantitative Aptitude (25 questions) — 60 minutes
- Mains: English (25 questions) and Professional Knowledge (75 questions) — 45 + 45 minutes
- Interview for shortlisted Mains candidates
- Final merit = Mains marks (80%) + Interview marks (20%)
