- Junior Executive: Full-time Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science, MBA, Law, CA/CMA/CFA, or a Master's in Geography/Remote Sensing/GIS depending on the specific post — no prior experience required
- Age limit: 32 years maximum for Manager posts, 27 years maximum for Junior Executive posts (as on 7 Sep 2026), with standard government relaxation for SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), PwBD (10 years), and Ex-servicemen

- Manager (except Fire Services): CBT followed by Interview, Document Verification, and Medical Examination
- Manager (Fire Services): CBT followed by Physical Measurement Test, Driving Test, Physical Endurance Test, Document Verification, and Medical Examination
