  • Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university

Exam Pattern

  • Prelims: Paper I (GS, 100 MCQs, 2 hours) + Paper II (CSAT, 80 MCQs, 2 hours, qualifying at 33%)
  • Mains: 7 written papers — Essay (150), GS I–IV (150 each), Optional Paper I & II (150 each)
  • Mains total: 1,050 marks written + 200 marks Personality Test
  • Negative marking in Prelims: 0.33 per wrong answer
  • Final merit based on Mains written marks and Personality Test
